Before The First Day
Required Paperwork for all newly enrolled children.
Start here if you are preparing paperwork before your child begins. These forms are required for children of all ages.

These additional forms are required if your child has started kindergarten, or is a preschooler who is participating in our before and after school programming.
Technology Policy
This is to ensure that both children and their caregivers understand our policies regarding the use of technology and any electronic devices brought from home, such as a laptop from school to complete homework.

Food Restriction Request Form
Use this form if your child needs a food restriction request on file.
